Since 1890, Pasadena has hosted visitors from all over the world to celebrate the New Year with an action-packed event line up that feature colorful florals and sporting events. What once started as a celebration of the beautiful weather, vibrant winter blooms, chariot races, jousting, foot races and tug-of-war, has become an iconic American tradition experienced live in person, by hundreds of thousands, and broadcast to televisions across the globe.

The 136th Rose Parade® presented by Honda and the 111th Rose Bowl Game® presented by Prudential will be held January 1, 2025. The Tournament of Roses is surrounded by festive events across Pasadena, such as volunteer opportunities for float decorating, Bandfest, Floatfest, and Equestfest.
