Pasadena Convention Center Welcomes JPL and the City of Pasadena’s High-Tech Conference
The Pasadena Convention Center welcomes the High-Tech Conference, co-hosted by JPL and the City of Pasadena, on Wednesday, September 6. The conference will present innovative exhibitors, showcasing their core capabilities, products, and services in support of NASA-JPL missions, and the procurement needs of the City of Pasadena.
“We are honored to have such exemplary institutions and intellectual capital in the City of Pasadena. This conference brings remarkable opportunities for small businesses as they learn about contracting opportunities from JPL,” said Mike Ross, CEO of the Pasadena Center Operating Company.
Pasadena Mayor Victor Gordo will kick-off the conference with his opening remarks, followed by a keynote speech from JPL’s Deputy Director Larry James. The event will also feature guest speakers, workshops, and matchmaking sessions (by appointment) with JPL, the City of Pasadena, and JPL prime contractors in search of well-qualified small business suppliers.
The California Department of General Services Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Services (OSDS) will have an exhibit table to answer questions and will hold matchmaking sessions with businesses who wish to learn about doing business with the state of California.
