Shlap Muan is the Khmer word for chicken wings. Shlap Muan was founded by an AAPI husband and wife team with the mission to introduce a different way to do wings, especially without ranch! All original recipes and techniques including sauces and dry seasonings handmade by the owners. Even the frying technique is done in their special way. Expect crispy, juicy and relatively dry to the touch. Currently operating out of Allied Food To-Go, Shlap Muan will become a new favorite takeout meal in Pasadena.
