The Goat Group, a distinguished company led by beer and spirits expert Ryan Sweeney, Brandon Bradford, and Alen Aivazian first launched in Pasadena in 2014 with The Blind Donkey. The glass-fronted space features wood tables and bar, exposed rafters, grey walls, a Street Fighter arcade game, a small shuffleboard, and two flat screen TVs for watching sports. Much of the messaging centers on whiskey, but don't sleep on the beer program. Sweeney makes sure eight rotating taps remain well armed. Three donkey statues are blindfolded, but we can assure you that no donkeys were harmed in the creation of this bar.
