Bageloo's owner, Kevin Oh is a certified specialty coffee barista and spent 9 years in New York learning to create the perfect New York-style bagel with vegan ingredients. The bagels use cabbage water instead of milk which gives a soft, fluffy texture. No eggs, butter, or milks are used which makes the bagels are 100% vegan. Located across from the Huntington Hospital, Bageloo also serves breakfast sandwiches, French toast, and French American pastries. Every item is made in-house from scratch with quality ingredients, including the cream cheese.
