Sodexo Live! is the exclusive provider of food & beverage within the Pasadena Convention Center & Civic Auditorium.
Internet & Wifi
Encore Presentation Services is the facility’s exclusive Internet/WiFi provider. You’ll find Encore's staff is always one step ahead and only a few steps away.
Telecommunications
Telecommunications equipment and services can be arranged exclusively through the Pasadena Convention Center. Please ask your Event Manager for further details.
Rigging
Encore Presentation Services provides exclusive rigging services for the facility.
With an office on site, Encore is most familiar with the Center’s meeting rooms, ballroom and exhibit hall. Experienced production riggers use on-site inventory of hoists, truss, hardware and scissor lifts to manage your event – from initial design to load out – to save you time and money.
The Convention Center is equipped with a permanent rigging system. As part of a comprehensive overhead safety and risk management program, the system is periodically load tested and inspected. Encore is required to approve all rigging designs and provide rigging labor necessary to load in and load out any equipment attached to the facility’s rigging system.
Electrical
EDLEN Electrical Exhibition Services is the exclusive provider of electrical and plumbing services at the Pasadena Convention Center.

Security
The Pasadena Convention Center provides perimeter security of the buildings, public areas and parking structure through our Public Safety department as well as event-specific security for your show through our Guest Services department.
