Visit Pasadena Tourism Recovery Campaign

This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to develop a recovery campaign that highlights the strength and resilience of the community and its tourism assets while showing compassion for the impact of the Eaton Fire on Pasadena and Altadena. The campaign’s tone should be uplifting, authentic, sensitive, and forward-looking, striking a balance between acknowledging the fire’s effects and fostering optimism and confidence in Pasadena’s recovery. The goal is to reassure locals and potential visitors that Pasadena is ready to welcome tourism back, emphasizing that community support is more critical than ever.

Visit Pasadena invites proposals from qualified local firms with a proven track record and expertise in creating multi-channel, multi-platform campaigns. The selected firm will be expected to conceptualize, design, and execute a media mix that aligns with these objectives. Biweekly reports and monthly meetings will be required to ensure the messaging maintains the appropriate tone and effectively utilizes resources.
