This incentive is applicable only to new convention bookings for arrival February 15, 2010 – December 15, 2010. Room nights are based on total paid room nights. The incentive is only payable to the organization or company which sources the meeting lead through the Pasadena Convention Center and Visitors Bureau (CVB). Copies of the signed hotel and convention center agreement must be submitted to the Pasadena CVB within 7 days of execution, in order to qualify for the incentive. Thereafter, written confirmation of the potential incentive eligibility will be provided by the Pasadena CVB. The incentive will be paid after the completion of the event (within approximately 30 days). The incentive is
payable only after written verification by the Pasadena CVB of the
actual room night usage.
